PLEASE NOTE Spa Day package are available Monday - Friday, upon availability. Not valid on Holidays. Reservations require a deposit to secure your date and time. No refund on deposit without notification within 48 hours of appointment via email. Must arrive on time. No walk-ins. Child spa services are for entertainment purposes only. Services do not include nail or cuticle cutting. We work with natural nails no acrylics or gels.

Late Policy: We value time and are committed to being ready for you at your allocated time scheduled. Please give yourself enough time to arrive on time and consider traffic etc.

Appointments are approximately 30 minutes 45 minutes -1 guest per person. Appointments work best when they start on time. If the client arrives late, the service time will be shortened (this includes all scheduled services, and time will not be extended. We will not cancel the appointment and reschedule due to tardiness.
